Marisa Falbo
MARISA Falbo was born in Palermo (Italy), where se attended the Art School of Art Institute.
She has worked as a painter and with graphics since she was young. She has experienced all the existing technical potential; she has experienced such as' "the animation" and her paintings and graphics research is directed towards the insects, especially on butterflies and locusts.
She presents her works in numerous collective and personal venues in Italy and abroad, earning wide critical success.
She taught of art education, teaching for 3 years, then decided to devote herself entirely to her art.
The strand that follows is the first surrealist, which over time turns to symbolism.
In 1979 she invented the "OSMOGRAFIA", which presents new technique in 1981 for the first time in Florence on "Contamination secular", with an Exhibition at the Gallery "The Last Supper", and then in Milan nell'82 with an exhibition entitled "ARTISTS IN THE GALLERY "," ISART-COLLECTION ".
That same year she won the prize SCOGLIERA "launched by ISART COLLECTION (MI).
Her works are also found in bodies, municipalities and art galleries in Italy.
