Sandra was born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1964. She is a self-taught artist, her passion for art led her to consult with other artists, as well as to take classes  to learn various and particular methods. 
 
Sandra is an artist of great depth  and sensitivity. She has dedicated her work to reflect the life that surrounds her. In spite of being self-taught she has had her artworks recognized in various and prestigious scenes.  These include such as the House of the Culture, the Museum of Modern Art, the Patio of the Art, the Fair of San Isidro, Koinonia Restaurant among others; with more than 50 works, between them, with their emphasis on “Love made music”, “In the top”, “Sunflower”, “Peace” and many others. These artworks have been valued and recognized by both the critics and general public 
 
Painting with oils continues to be the technique she feels most comfortable with. She gives her heart with each brush-stroke. She also has the talent to release her art with the use of pastels and pencil.
